Week 8.


LECTURE 

IN THE lecture of week 8 we learned about Business models in the digital world we come to know about that how IT and organization influence each other it is very interesting lecture and everyone is keen to know that how they influence like IT takes decision much faster and organization starts working quickly on it and and in this way both be benifitted. then we learned types of  Organizational Structure they are of 5 types
1. Entrepreneurial (Simple): Small start-up owned business
 2. Machine bureaucracy:
 3. Divisionalised bureaucracy:
 4. Professional bureaucracy:
5. Adhocracy (Innovative): Consulting firm
these are very interesting and i am very keen to know about this practically.




SEMINAR.. 

in this seminar  we did excel activity that how to make pivot excel tables the way to present information in a report format.  we learned how to use field setting and value field settings and what are the use of it that help to find out result like average or totals .
this is very simple activity of excel and we have completed only in 15 mins .
