Week 8. LECTURE  IN THE lecture of week 8 we learned about Business models in the digital world we come to know about that how IT and organization influence each other it is very interesting lecture and everyone is keen to know that how they influence like IT takes decision much faster and organization starts working quickly on it and and in this way both be benifitted. then we learned types of  Organizational Structure they are of 5 types 1. Week 7 Lecture.. in this lecture Haider tell us about how to use prezi basically it is about how to make proper presentation with all the guidelines to use for slides of  presentations , i learned that i can not put light colors in background because it disturbs the eyesight of audience i also learned that we should not put too much text in the slide because it makes the audience bored of your presentation they do not listen to you. and this makes your presentation losing importance. In this seminar we did new excel activity that was about scenario tutorials and answars in this i learned how to make family budgets and how to make changes in that with use of scenario manager which is very helpful for us it makes that activity easy and comfortable to change and manage family budgets that was very interesting activity everybody enjoyed that a lot and all were curious and asking questions from the teacher for changing names and original budgets. Week 6 LECTURE.... In this lecture there many new things in it and we have come to know about new things in this lecture and it was an amazing experience to know that every single device can be hacked in this world and some devices are very easy to hack and we felt shocked after hearding this from Mr. Haider and watching video on you tube.. in this lecture we also come to know about  processing, data storage , networking cloud computing benefits of software SaaS for eg: installation and mainteanance costs are outsourced and cost saving on client side. it was a wonderful lecture and everyone is listening quietly and intrestingly because everyone wants become hacker. week  5 LECTURE... in this lecture Haider tell us about new things about management and information system about technology and data it was very interesting topic like in many countries there is big data storage upto eighteen 0s and we learned a lot from that lecture and in that lecture we also discussed about technology and data for improving our group activity. after this lecture it had a great impact on me that we can do lots of things with latest technology and make our life better and easier. like we can do business and online shopping on it which is very useful and beneficial for us. seminar     it is the fourth week of our seminar and in this we did dicussion on atopic of you tube  about its use. how is it useful for business and a good campaign on you tube. we also dicussed about potential dangers of you tube and come to know that you tube has both pros and cons. and after that we also completed our exercise on excel which was very interresting.

                                                  Management and Information system week3 LECTURE.... IN the third week we studied about hardware computrt types simulation users ,typical uses  and their typical cost. we also learnt components of an IS infrastucture and after that we studied about system software vs application software. and after that we also get so much knowledge about storage needs , software obsolence , space and facality requirements. moreover  we also come to know about energy consumption in whole world and demand fluctuation. SEMINAR... in the seminar firstly we discussed about our group presentation and then we also divided our work to complete our presentation . after that we start using excel and did some new calculations of data it is also very interesting.
